Duality nr.2: In the "Duality Collection", the plastic aspect of the clay material predominates, which allows to experiment with asymmetrical, dualistic shapes, which always generate tension in a fascinating interplay of lines of clay bands. Each abstract object is worked out until it reaches a sense of balance during the building process. Every dualistic piece of work consists (usually) of two surprising forms that always show new associations or opposites. These shapes, made up of clay strips, are also always finished with self-developed glazes, sintering engobes (blown structure) and engobes.
